Q: What is Birthday Kids?
A: Birthday Kids offers custom birthday T-shirts, creative craft sessions, and party packages designed to make every child’s celebration fun, unique, and memorable.

Q: How do I book a session or party?
A: Simply click on the  Book Us  tab and fill out the form to reserve your date. We’ll follow up with confirmation and details.

Q: Do you offer services on Saturdays?
A: We take a break from in-person events on Saturdays, but you can still celebrate with our fun-filled DIY Party Kits, perfect for at-home birthdays!

Q: What ages are your craft sessions for?
A: Our activities are best for kids ages 5 to 10, but we can tailor sessions based on age and group.

Q: Where do the craft sessions take place?
A: We host at select locations, pop-ups, and events. Some sessions can also be brought to your venue. Details are provided during booking.

Q: What’s included in a DIY Party Kit?
A: Each kit includes pre-packed craft supplies, step-by-step instructions, and everything needed for a fun, hands-on celebration at home.

Q: Can I customize my child’s birthday T-shirt?
A: Yes! Our T-shirts can be customized with your child’s name, age, favorite colors, and theme. Just pick a style and share the details on our order form, we’ll handle the rest! 

Q: Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
A: We offer rescheduling for sessions with advance notice, and your booking will be moved to the next available date. Please note that custom items are non-refundable once printed.

Do you require a deposit to secure your booking?

A: Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date . The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. 

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: Parties should be booked at least 4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. Short-notice bookings (less than 4 weeks) may be accommodated if our schedule allows and may include a rush fee.
